I was enlisted by the founders and leadership to create an immersive and engaging experience for the entire company. My responsibilities included working directly with production companies to brand and take over hotel spaces, designing the main ballroom environment and stage, branding off-site events, curating and designing swag items, creating the welcome packet and agenda, developing a PowerPoint Template and working with motion-graphics artists to create the presentations.
